How to get Openserve try before you buy?

Step 1

Click on the button below, and complete your info and click Submit*

Step 2

We will load the TBYB order onto the Openserve portal.

Step 3

Openserve will send you an SMS confirming the TBYB order number.

Step 4

Openserve will contact you to arrange for the fibre cable to be installed into your home. Openserve will also install an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device.

Step 5

You will connect to the ONT device for internet access during the 30 day Try Before You Buy trial period. The speed of the TBYB service is 50/25Mbps with uncapped data. The service will stop working after 30 days.

NB!! TBYB is only available for new Openserve fibre installations!

You cannot get TBYB if you already have Openserve fibre in your home!

 

Your address must have live Openserve fibre coverage to apply for a TBYB service!

What happens after the 30 day TBYB trial period?

If you want to continue using the fibre service after the 30 day TBYB trial period, you will need to contact us so we can assist you to sign-up for a fibre internet service.
